"We need a strong and social Europe"

A strong Europe is a social Europe! What we need now is to work together to promote a Europe with workers' rights and minimum social standards, and in the framework of Germany’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union our ministry will work to achieve just this.

#MySocialEurope

The EU is more than a single market. It combines economic strength and protection. That is something that everyone in Europe should be able to rely on.

By the way: Germany's presidency begins on July 1st! We'll keep you posted.
