  • Since March 2018: Permanent State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
  • 2011 to 2018: Head of the Senate Chancellery of the Land of Berlin
  • 2007 to 2011: Head of the department for "Basic Policy Issues and Planning" at the Senate Chancellery of the Land of Berlin
